Late last night I returned home to Kansas City after speaking the last 2 1/2 days at a conference in San Diego. The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) asked me to be the organizational communication and leadership expert for their CAPstone Certification Bootcamp. First time I’ve ever taught the same subject 7 times in 2.5 days. My voice is a little rough today! So much fun!
