Today (who am I kidding – this week), I’m working with clients in my KC Chiefs attire. The teamwork exhibited by the Super Bowl Champions continues to inspire! The team leadership continues to showcase HOW you engage a group toward a common goal, even when facing adversity, new teammates, and getting in your head about your performance.
One of the key motivators for teamwork is to stay focused on the common goal (versus constantly managing personalities). Another is “play with heart” and “for each other” as multiple KC Chiefs players stated after their Super Bowl Championship win yesterday. As I continue to teach my clients, teamwork-is-a-verb.
